No rules. No ego. Just effective Krav Maga — private training for real-life situations.
Absolutely not! Krav maga is the science of self-defense, no matter what level you are at.
If you have injured your arm or back, you can still defend yourself or others.
We adapt the intensity and movements to your needs.
Yes! We go slowly and build up your knowledge, movement and strength.
It depends on your level. No knowlegde, then we start with basics of protecting and defending. Higher levels or knowledge increases speed and training.
Each lesson aims to internalise what has been taught. The movements will become reflexes. In other words, the goal is to be able to use what you have learned at once.
Its nice to wear loose clothing like a track suit and shoes (white soles for indoors). Higher levels then bring basic protection. But remember, Krav maga is self defence. You have to learn to defend yourself in whatever you are wearing at the moment.
Both have their appeal. If you want to have faster learning with fine tuned feed back to your mistakes, its good to train private. Also, you will learn the correct way at once. But its really nice to train with others, its a great community! Some like combining both private and in groups.
We have two places at the moment in which we can give private training. One place is in Nordneshallen at daytime. In the evenings it is possible to train in Danmarksplass.
We have had a break of group training, but we are planning to start after summer 2026. More information will be sendt out before we start up agaiin.
NO! The goal is self-improvement and development fysically, mentally and spiriturally. This is also true for general training in classes. We aim for a respectfull and helpful balance between each other. Training is ment to be fun and engaging, and not a place for people to be tough or try to prove their ego.

No. We use the tools we have. If that is a punch or a strike or sharp nails.
Pain is unfortunately a part of life. Sometimes more for some than others. We adapt the training to how much pain we experience, and we train deliberately and carefully. From personal experience, it is better to keep on moving than to be afraid.
We have experience with both men and women who have been in traumatic situations. We adjust the training according to your experience and build up your feeling of safety. This is an opportunity to evolve and conquer your fears in a safe environment. No matter your choice, I wish you well and dont loose faith in the good in the world.
One standard training hour is 800 Nok. It is possible to be up to 4 people in one session, thereby reducing the total price. Other rates for more individuals.
